■Regarding tickets:
One ticket cannot be shared by more than two people.
Only those 18 years of age or older are allowed to enter.
Regarding U23 (only for those under 23 years of age), if you are found to be 23 or older upon entering the event, you will be denied entry. No refunds will be given in such cases.
If you are unable to bring the organizer-designated ID with you on the day of the performance, you will be denied entry.

All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband for entry.
Damaged or lost wristbands will not be reissued, regardless of the reason.
You will not be allowed entry without your wristband, so please keep it safe until the end of the festival and never remove it.
Anyone found attempting unauthorized entry will be asked to leave, regardless of the reason. You will also be handed over to the police and will be charged with damages.
The transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if such behavior is discovered. We cannot guarantee admission for customers who purchase tickets through unauthorized channels such as Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Center, StubHub, or TicketJam. Buying and selling tickets through these sites or privately may result in fraud or other problems. Please be aware that you may be investigated by police and, in some cases, both the seller and the buyer may be subject to penalties.
As this is a festival, the performers may be subject to change. No refunds will be given for tickets due to performer changes or cancellations. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that, except in the case of postponement or cancellation of the performance, tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded after purchase for any reason, including personal convenience, illness, or injury. Please note this in advance.
In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, we will not compensate for any associated travel expenses to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. (including cancellation fees).
If you would like to use the handicap area, please contact the Live Information Center at 0570-017-230 (weekdays 12:00-15:00) in advance after purchasing your ticket.

■Prohibited Items:
Video cameras, professional filming equipment, telephoto lenses, recording equipment, action cameras, etc. are prohibited.
Coolers, chairs, mats, bottles, cans, fireworks, other explosives, other dangerous items, animals (except service dogs), selfie sticks, penlights, flags with sticks, and signs that obscure the view of audience members behind you are strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, if prohibited items are discovered, we will immediately report them to the police.
Please note that items deemed dangerous by staff will be prohibited from being brought into the venue. Prohibited
Activities Inside and Outside the Venue:
Waiting for performers to appear or arrive near the venue (including staying up all night) is prohibited. Waiting for performers to appear or arrive in or out of the venue or in public spaces surrounding the venue, or sitting on nearby roads, not only poses a danger to the artists and you, but can also lead to accidents and trouble involving the general public. Please refrain from engaging in these activities as they are extremely inconvenient. Any accidents or incidents resulting from these actions will be resolved between the parties involved. The artists, organizers, and venue assume no responsibility whatsoever. Please note that any malicious behavior will result in denial of entry to the venue and may be handed over to the police.
This festival strictly prohibits members or affiliates of organized crime groups and other anti-social groups, intoxicated individuals, and individuals who do not fit the festival atmosphere from entering the premises.
Moshing, diving, clashing in circles, and other behavior that disrupts other attendees are strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in any of these activities will be asked to leave immediately. You will also be denied the purchase of subsequent same-day tickets.
Taking photographs, recording, or streaming of performing artists using any photography or recording equipment, including camera phones and compact digital cameras, is strictly prohibited within the venue. If such behavior is discovered, your equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave. Please also note that depending on the behavior, you may be handed over to the police.
Whether inside or outside the venue, anyone who does not follow the instructions of staff or is deemed to be disruptive to other attendees will be asked to leave immediately. In such cases, no ticket refunds will be given.
Official merchandise and artist merchandise sold at the venue will not be exchanged or returned unless defective.
In the event of an accident or injury to a third party, the parties involved must resolve the issue between themselves. The organizers and performers will not be held responsible in any way.
Throwing plastic bottles onto the stage is dangerous and is strictly prohibited.

Please note that the organizers will not be involved in any discussions or problem-solving regarding disputes between customers. Please

Eating and drinking while walking is prohibited.
Please use public transportation or shuttle buses when coming to the venue.
Illegal parking and any behavior that causes inconvenience to local residents and facilities are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited only in designated smoking areas.
The use of lighters and matches outside of designated smoking areas is strictly prohibited.

■Other:

 The event organizers will be covering and filming the venue. If you participate in this event, the footage and photos may be used in various media outlets, online media such as social media, merchandise, etc. Please note that we will not exercise portrait rights or privacy rights, and will not seek compensation. This
is a long festival. Please take care of your health by staying hydrated and taking good care of yourself.
Entry and exit restrictions may be implemented in various areas of the venue without notice.
Please note that entry to each block area may be restricted.
Visual baggage inspections will be conducted upon entry.
Please manage your baggage at your own risk. Please note
that official merchandise and artist merchandise sold at the venue will not be exchanged or returned, except for defective items. Please refrain from
damaging the natural plants around the venue. Please refrain from
camping or other activities near the venue. In the event of a cancellation or delay of this festival, we will not compensate for travel expenses to the venue (including cancellation fees).
