Tickets are only available for purchase online. There are no sales at physical stores. Please check the ticket page of each play guide for details on ticket issuance timing and methods.

◼︎ Notice Regarding the Event

Admission is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. For U23 tickets (only for those under 23), if it is discovered at the time of admission on the day of the event that you are 23 years or older, you will be denied entry. In such cases, ticket refunds will not be provided. A government-issued photo ID is required. All tickets must be exchanged for wristbands upon entry. No refunds will be issued due to changes or cancellations of performers. If you require access to the handicap area, please apply in advance to the ticket purchase site operator (SOGO TOKYO) after purchasing your ticket. Please make sure to check the official website for notices before attending.

◼︎ Regarding Tickets

A single ticket cannot be used by multiple individuals. Admission is for those aged 18 and over. For U23 tickets (only for those under 23), if it is discovered on the event day that you are 23 years or older, you will be denied entry without a ticket refund. If you do not bring the specified ID on the day of the event, you will be denied entry. The following are accepted forms of government-issued photo IDs:

- My Number Card (Individual Number Card) (notification cards not accepted)

- Driver’s License and other photo IDs (ship, aviation, architect licenses, etc.)

- Passport

- Residence Card (Special Permanent Resident Certificate)

- Welfare Handbook

- Photo-attached Basic Resident Register Card

- Photo-attached Disability Certificate

- Photo-attached Health Insurance Card

- International Driver’s Permit

- Driving History Certificate

- Student ID (only while enrolled)

Please refrain from inquiries regarding IDs other than the specified ones. All tickets must be exchanged for wristbands upon entry. Wristbands will not be reissued for any reason if damaged or lost. Entry is not allowed without wearing the wristband until the end of the festival. Unauthorized entry will result in expulsion and possible police involvement with claims for damages.

Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if such acts are discovered. Entry cannot be guaranteed for tickets purchased outside official channels like Viagogo, Ticket Distribution Centers, StubHub, or Ticketjam. Transactions through these sites or individuals may lead to fraud or trouble. Police investigation and possible penalties may apply to both sellers and buyers. Performer changes may occur since this is a festival. Tickets will not be refunded due to performer changes or cancellations. No refunds or changes can be made after ticket purchase except in cases of event postponement or cancellation.

Travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) will not be compensated if the event is postponed or canceled. If you require access to the handicap area, please apply to SOGO TOKYO in advance after ticket purchase.

◼︎ Prohibited Items

Do not bring video cameras, professional photography equipment, telephoto lenses, recording devices, action cameras, coolers, chairs, mats, bottles, cans, fireworks, other explosives, dangerous items, animals (except service dogs), selfie sticks, penlights, flags with poles, or large signboards blocking views. Discovery of prohibited items will be reported to the police. Any items deemed dangerous by staff will be prohibited.

◼︎ Prohibited Actions Inside and Outside the Venue

Do not wait for artists to enter or exit the venue, including overnight waiting. Such actions cause disturbances and may lead to accidents. Responsibility for accidents or incidents caused by these actions lies with the individuals involved. The artist, organizer, and venue are not responsible. Severe actions may lead to denied entry and police involvement. Gang members, other antisocial group members, intoxicated individuals, or those deemed unsuitable for the event are prohibited from entering. Moshing, diving, circling, or any bothersome actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and denial of further ticket purchases. Photography, recording, and streaming of performers using any device, including mobile phones and compact digital cameras, are prohibited. Violations will result in device confiscation and expulsion, with potential police involvement as necessary.

Failure to follow staff instructions or engaging in disruptive behavior will result in immediate expulsion without ticket refund. Official and artist goods purchased at the venue cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective. Accidents or injuries involving third parties must be resolved between the parties involved. The organizer and performers are not responsible. Do not throw bottles onto the stage. The organizer, venue, and artists are not responsible for accidents, incidents, thefts, or injuries inside or outside the venue. The organizer will not mediate or resolve customer disputes.

Please manage your belongings and actions responsibly. Eating or drinking while walking is prohibited. Use public transportation to attend. Drunk driving is strictly prohibited. Avoid illegal parking and actions disturbing local residents. Smoke only in designated areas; do not use lighters or matches outside these areas.

The organizer may record and photograph the event for media and product use. By attending, you agree to the use of your image without compensation. Manage your health and stay hydrated during the long festival. Entry and exit restrictions may be enforced without notice. Please note that entry to specific areas may be restricted. Bag checks will be conducted visually. Manage your belongings responsibly. Venue-purchased official and artist goods cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective. Do not damage the surrounding nature. Do not camp near the venue. No compensation for travel expenses (including cancellation fees) due to festival cancellation or delay. Notices may change without prior notice. Customer information provided when applying for tickets belongs to the organizer. Failure to comply with these rules will result in wristband confiscation and expulsion without refund or further ticket purchases.
